• Auto-update — Cull keeps itself current; no more manual downloads.
• First-run welcome — a short hello that shows you the Ctrl+PrtScn flow the first time you open the app.

• License key support — enter a key under Settings > Premium, ready for upcoming premium tiers. Everything stays free during the beta.
• Single-instance guard — launching Cull twice no longer spawns a second copy.
• Installer hardening — reinstalling the same version is blocked; newer versions install cleanly as updates.
• Smaller installer — trimmed dependencies bring it down to ~1.3 MB.
• Removed dead code and tightened internal permissions.
